James Island County Park provides your group with a variety of recreational opportunities, facilities, and services. Meeting venues range from a small conference center to a large, fully-equipped meeting space.
During your free time, we invite you to enjoy the natural beauty of the park, with year-round fun for the entire family. Admission allows you to enjoy grassy open meadows, saltwater fishing* and crabbing, a spray play fountain (open seasonally), picnic spots with tables and grills, dog park, sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, and miles of paved trails for walking, biking, and skating. Numerous special events are offered throughout the year.

The Climbing Wall (South Carolina’s tallest outdoor climbing facility)
1,000 sq. ft. bouldering wall
