Rancho Lewis is inspired by the food Pitmaster John Lewis of Lewis Barbecue fame grew up eating in El Paso, Texas. The menu of “Border-food-meets-cowboy cookin’” includes enchiladas, fajitas, & chile rellenos, alongside chips and tortillas from the in-house tortilleria.
